Home Buying Process - Custom Homes by Managen

1	Choose the location where you want to build Your Home.
2	Have the Lifestyle meeting with one of our designers to discuss your needs and the way You live.
3	Design a preliminary floor plan and elevation from info gathered at Your designer meeting.
4	Create a specifications list with You that your home will be built to.
5	Arrange cabinetry, plumbing fixture and flooring meetings and use quotes from these meetings in your final price.
6	Go over preliminary pricing as per your specifications.
7	Proceed with any changes to preliminary plans needed and have our designers complete Your working drawings.
8	Approve final drawings.
9	Proceed with construction of Your NEW HOME.
